How does the 48-Hour Early Access work?
Every new equipment listed on AeroTrade is locked in a "Premium Window" for the first 48 hours. Only Premium members can view the listing details, photos, and seller's contact information during this time. After 48 hours, the listing becomes visible to the general public.
What is "Secure Contact Info Reveal"?
To protect sellers from spam and fraud, seller contact information (phone number and direct email) is hidden by default. Premium members can securely reveal this information with one click to contact the seller directly and arrange the purchase without any middlemen.
Do you charge commissions on sales?
No. AeroTrade is an open marketplace directory, not a broker. We charge a flat fee for Premium access and a small one-time listing fee for sellers, but we never take a percentage of your equipment sale.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Pilot Dashboard. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
