Premium listings are locked in a "Premium Window" for the first 48 hours. Only Premium members can view the listing details, photos, and seller contact information during this time. After 48 hours, the listing becomes visible to the general public.
What is "Secure Contact Info Reveal"?
Seller contact information is hidden behind a reveal action to reduce casual scraping. Public listings can be contacted directly, while active Premium-window listings require Premium access until the window expires.
Do you charge commissions on sales?
No. AeroTrade is an open marketplace directory, not a broker. Sellers can publish free listings or choose a paid Premium listing promotion, but we never take a percentage of your equipment sale.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Pilot Dashboard. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
